per online complaint: Empty house on lot demolished just before Halloween. No permits or land use notices were posted, and still aren't. Lot is now cleared, but no activity in a month. Empty mud hole gathering water. No reinforcement of the property line where vegetation was removed. We fear a landslide.There are demo 6496845 & construction permits: 6496816 (2117) 6496817 (2115) 6480207 (2119). Dry Season grading 6564208 extended to 3/31/17 under 6480207
