Construction at next door apartment complex consistently starts using loud equipment before 8am every Saturday. They have done it today and many Saturday's for the last two months

Per Online; There are two main complaints - both related to safety. The building (Arrive) has retained a security woman named Belinda who has on more than 1 occasion blocked us from entering our own building (even though we have key fobs!) and responded in an aggressive and threatening manner over text. PER ONLINE: The construction crew at 2116 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 [Arrive Seattle] has been doing impact construction work for the past two days, continuously. I have received no notice of issuance of a variance that would allow them to do this. There has been no notification or effort at abatement.
