PER ONLINE: The construction crew at 2116 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 [Arrive Seattle] has been doing impact construction work for the past two days, continuously. I have received no notice of issuance of a variance that would allow them to do this. There has been no notification or effort at abatement.

per online complaint: Noise - construction has been starting well before 7am on weekdays (around 6); the past two weekends the work has started at 7:30am with hammering, moving equipment, sawing and very loud drilling.
