We moved out of this location because there was mold and moisture issues in the building stemming from potential foundational issues. We informed management and they blamed us for the mold and said they wouldn't do anything to fix the issue and that it was to be expected from a building built in the 50s. They said they would provide us with an air purifier and a dehumidifier to help with these issues but they never provided us with these after we put in our notice to vacate. There was a sinkhol

Tenant request inspection for extensive mold. See attached document (002023-19CP) and activities in Accela. Alek in POTA can answer questions. Tenant is prepared to schedule an inspection.

Received email from management asking us to move out because concern voiced about black mold. They have offered to break lease, which does not end until November 2019,and return deposit. But not help to relocate. What are my rights?
