Violation of SMC 11.72.310. All cars for 15 unit building (15-20 vehicles) are parking in a planted area along 23rd Ave W. Municipal workers are unable to cut grass where cars are parked. This is destroying the natural vegetation and creating hazardous visibility for traffic and pedestrians. Apartment complex is converting parking spaces to basement apartments and forcing cars onto the street although this is not a frequent service transit corridor.
