Per 2/18/09 online complaint (rec'd 2/19/09 by VAS): "The property at: 212 12TH AVE. E. Has an exterior chimney that is falling apart. Large pieces of brick are falling from the top, onto my house next door. The chimney is approximately 30 feet tall. Also has separated from the body of the house. It could potentially do serious harm!!!"Per Land Use Decision 2304564: 212 12th Ave E is to be "rehabilitated" and not demolished.

Yesterday after 6pm, couple of workers dumped white liquid (probably paint) from 5-gallon bucket into street storm drain.
