Heating repair contractor claims that the furnace is 32 years old and has not been serviced in 3+ years. No heat since Monday. Landlord has not given tenants any idea about timeline for repair - tells tenants to "be patient".

Rent is due at the 1st of the month and the landlord has been texting tenant about charges associated with late payment. Tenant believes this is a retaliatory act from previous housing complaint(s).
