Per online complaint "Structurally compromising rot and water damage to the weight supporting beams of front porch ceiling and the first floor main ceiling. The deck on the top of the porch roof was not built to code, lacks gutters and drains into first floor ceilings. Weakened, deteriorated paneling and ceiling panels."
