Per CSB complaint - Behind fence at the end of Pandora's night club parking lot, backs on to green belt with stream below. Broken bottles, used, needles & condoms. Thrown over fence by patrons. Have made several phone calls to business owner to request clean up. Nothing has been done in well over a year.
