There is a lot of smoke constantly coming in from steakhouse restaurant named Butcher's Table at 2121 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98121. The smoke often blows directly into my property near the building, even though I live 30 floors high up. I'd like to make an air quality nuisance complaint, and see if the restaurant is currently up to regulation on exhaust emission. I have a lung condition and it is difficult to live with smoke filling up my entire home at all hours of the day.

CSB: this is on the public trail behind condos leading to stairs down to westlake. Usually the condo owners trim the wines every year but no one did so far this year:(
