I did not find a construction permit on the wed site for this address."***Per 4/17/08 phone conversation with complainant: new owner re-built 3 tier ecology block wall (approx. 5'-5' tall) without a permit and without any tiebacks, drainage, etc... work was recently completed.***

Built a retaining wall without a permit, obtained permit 740874 (never called for any inspections and it appears they never did any work), and then retaining wall failed.
