Notice of Violation: Construction
Opened April 25, 2023
This house was expanded upon and rebuilt. They built a larger footprint in to the backyard. The owners (who were doing the work themselves) told us at the time to get the permit to add extra square footage to the house, they had to take down the carport in the backyard. Years later, they put it back up even though I believe they are not supposed to. It's already such a high density neighborhood and is invasive and crowding to neighborhood houses.

Duplicate/Construction--This house was supposed to be light remodel. They called it a "remodel" to be grandfathered in to their footprint, however they have basically rebuilt. The house is very close to the property lines and taking up much of the property.

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: This house was supposed to be a remodel and not a rebuild. If they had torn it down and built a new house, their set-back would have changed. This house was basically torn down & rebuilt. Seems too close to property lines & too tall. They have outdoor storage of junk & parking ON property.ongoing since Spring '17PERMIT# 6573039 for remodel to existing SFD
