A tenant at the James Apartment seems to be running piano lessons out of an apartment home either in the basement or first floor of the building. I can hear the noise throughout the day directly into my house, which is next door. The piano is so loud that I was able to capture the noise with my iphone, even in the rain. Per Online: "Unit #3. There is a serious mold issue resulting from water intrusion caused by flooding in the unit above me. An independent mold inspection firm to evaluated the situation & collected samples. They highly recommended remediation & confirmed elevated mold spores. Uninhabitable."

Toilet in apartment above has been leaking sewage into this tenant's bathroom beginning 1-1/2 to 2 mos. ago. Plumber was out several weeks ago and significantly slowed the leak. Tenant has notified the manager that toilet above is still leaking and the manager keeps on saying he'll get to it and has set more than one appt. to fix it but never shows up.
