I am requesting an inspection of my rental apartment at Westlake Avenue North, Unit 302, due to ongoing water damage, incomplete repairs and significantly impaired living conditions.A washing machine leak caused extensive water damage beneath the flooring. Further inspection identified leaks in the second bathroom. Remediation began in late August, but substantial portions of the apartment remain unrepaired nearly a month later.The current conditions include:One of the two bathrooms
