Per anonymous mailed in letter (attached). "I live at 213 27th Ave S, Seatle, WA 98144 and there is an illegal unit on the property that has had a tenant for the last 5 years, at least. The person who lives there now name is Jose."

Tenant stated that the building was boarded up for a year because of drug activity and had had squatters in the building. Then it was rented to new tenants w/o any repairs done. There is mold in the attic, under sink, under baseboards and cupboards, about 10 to 12 garbage bags full of mold and tile was pulled out of the building and is has been sitting in the front yard for several months.
