Duplicate VB--per online--This house was sitting out vacant with uncovered OSB wood sheathing for at least 4 years (you can even see the rotted sheathing in the pictures of the home on the king county assessor website). The rotted sheathing on the vacant building was a violation of section 22.206.060 in the Housing and Building Maintenance Code.
