PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: The rear (alley south of 85th) security door doesn't close properly and is often unlocked, allowing access by non-tenants. It can be locked if tenants ensure it closes, but many do not. Please have the inspector call when they arrive and I can show them. (206-619-6857)

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Rear outside security door not latching, so it doesn't lock and the building is open to transients. The problem seems to lie in the door closer.

per online complaint: The back (south side) 2nd floor security door does not close properly and is often open, allowing anyone to enter. There's already too much drug dealing in this building as it is! While the security door has a closer, it doesn't force the door to shut/latch if the door is stopped just short.

per online complaint: The back security door does not self-close, thus rendering the security lock rather useless. As a result, anyone can enter the building and cause problems. I have mentioned this to the owner twice.per follow up phone call: Back door opens from alleyway to 2nd floor hallway, which leads to the shared stairwell.
