On 10/19/25 water is leaking into unit due to heavy rain, ceiling is soft throughout studio . Currently using humidifier to assist with mold in unit. Update: Leak is no longer present but visible water damage that has not been fixed

Several ongoing issues with my apartment have not been addressed despite my repeated maintenance requests. My oven has not worked since I moved into the unit on September 4th. I realized and put in a maintenance request on the 22nd of September, and there was no response. I called the office and left messages on two occasions. Last Monday, I emailed with one of the property's representative, and she said she would deal with it, but has since stopped responding to me emails.

Per CSB;SDCI - Inform property owners to repair roofline. Damaged brick/terra cotta from the roofline of the Castle Apartments seems to be hanging, high above the sidewalk on the south side of Blanchard Street between 2nd & 3rd Ave. Not sure how possible it is that it will fall, but if it did, it could be catastrophic to someone walking below. Can this please be investigated asap?
