MFTE tenant. Tenant completed MFTE recertification in Oct 2024. Landlord never resubmitted paperwork, did not submit unit Nov 2025. Lease was supposed to be Feb - Feb. Due to negligence an delay on landlords end, they are now trying to switch tenants lease to Nov 25-Nov 26. Planning on moving out in Feb, gave proper notice to landlord. Landlord is now threatening to charge for 2 months of rent.
