Work was initially done to location without permits, owners were fined and stop work orders were put on house as per city of Seattle permit and property records as well as visual walk bye. House is in complete disrepair, garbage stacked on all of property, on porch, back yard and back alley. I have been reporting this house for 15 years, all reports get closed as a "duplicate". Not only has no action has been taken, the house has gotten significantly worse. Calls and emails to the case manager have gone unanswered

Regularly having loud house parties until 2-3am most recently on 11/1 Friday night. Have had to ask the police to address extreme noise levels and parties of 50+ people in a small back yard in a dense residential neighborhood. I have contacted the property owner in the past and was told this wouldnt happen again.Police have had to respond to loud parties, people trespassing climbing my fence and damaging it to escape police responding to the noise and even a large bonfire creating heavy smo
