House is in complete disrepair, garbage stacked on all of property, on porch, back yard and back alley. I have been reporting this house for 15 years, all reports get closed as a "duplicate". Not only has no action has been taken, the house has gotten significantly worse. Calls and emails to the case manager have gone unanswered

Regularly having loud house parties until 2-3am most recently on 11/1 Friday night. Have had to ask the police to address extreme noise levels and parties of 50+ people in a small back yard in a dense residential neighborhood.
