When I toured the unit I moved into, Ismelled a chemical odor. Theagent said the odorwas from the newcarpet. I also hearda buzzing vibration,and when asked, the agent said itwas the washingmachine. I movedin, the odor isstill prevalent andI've been experiencing irritated eyes andbrain fog. Thenoise I heard iscontinuous and24/7. Managementsaid there isnothing they can doabout either issue.I want to break thelease withoutpenalty and receive
