PER ONLINE COMPLAINT:There is an electrical panel in the basement bathroom with a sink built directly in front of it/lacks proper clearance. NEC Sec 110-26 The tread depth of the stairs leading to the basement is less than the required 10" in R311.7.4.2. The tread depth has caused us to fall multiple times.
