The building is old and the owners appear to have neglected maintenance, leading to a number of issues that lead me to believe this is not a safe living environment. The doors on the North and South axis of the building sit askew in their frames. A closet on the same N/S axis is off as well. Which indicated to me the building is tipping/shifting to the east (down the hill).
