The building I live in has structural issues that have been reported multiple times, but nothing has been done. The structural issues are now causing mold, a health hazard, and it seems there are animals and bugs in the walls. The building I live in has a hole in the side of the building, and the flashing is broken. I reported this the when I moved in - May 2024. I have since reported it multiple times to Maple Leaf Property Management, as there now appears to be mold growing from moisture fro

Feces around base of toilet--this has been an occurring problem for about 6 months. After owner refused to repair this, the complainant put sealant around the base of the toilet. Now the sealant has become discolored as the feces material is penetrating into it. Also, kitchen fan doesn't vent out--the air blows back into unit. There is mold around the corners of the living room ceiling and floor. I referred her to KC American Lung Assoc regarding the mold issue because her son has asthma.
