Management changed vendors and gave less than 30 days notice for renters to add vendor as an interested party on renter's insurance policies, or they would automatically start charging $14/mo. This was not agreed to in the lease and moreover is in violation of 7.24.030 A requiring 180 days' notice before any periodic costs increase.
