The main south residential/freight elevator serving the east side of the building has been completely inoperable for almost three months (since early May 2026). I reside on the 6th floor. Property management (Pillar Properties / The Lyric) issued a building-wide notice confirming that their contractor (TKE) has delayed repairs indefinitely and that management currently has "no confirmed date for when the repair work will begin." Management changed vendors and gave less than 30 days notice for renters to add vendor as an interested party on renter's insurance policies, or they would automatically start charging $14/mo. This was not agreed to in the lease and moreover is in violation of 7.24.030 A requiring 180 days' notice before any periodic costs increase.
