The plaster wall in my bathroom behind the radiator thats next to/over the shower has fallen off due to poor ventilation and preexisting rot, as well as the trim on the bathtub has rotted off. I reported this to maintenance three months ago and havent heard back. The counter tops are also breaking off, and the oven knob and door are continually broken, causing a safety fire hazard.

Tenant lease expires 10/31 no new lease has been given. Tenant had to ask first, was told they're working on it. Tenant says there will be a 10% Rent Increase proper notice was not given for this what are rights?
