Landlord entered apartment outside of notice period time frame that was specified. I wanted to be at home during the inspection and waited four hours for a service person to come. No one came, I contacted the leasing office, and was notified someone did the inspection after the time window lapsed

I am writing to bring a health and safety issue to your attention concerning my apartment located at 215 1st Ave W, Apt 305. I have a persistent mold problem in two areas in my living room. The first area was noticed back in the morning of December 23, 2025. I had a placed a maintenance request the same day and a paper-like material was placed over the areas affected. Two weeks later the paper covering still remains and the mold has spread passed the covering. This past Sunday, January 4, 2026

Severe and persistent impact noise (heavy footsteps, thuds, dragging sounds) from the unit above in a multi-unit apartment building. Noise occurs late at night and during the day, causing sleep disruption and preventing peaceful occupancy. Multiple written complaints to management over the past two weeks with no resolution or mitigation. Unit is currently not livable during normal sleeping hours due to noise transmission through ceiling structure.
