*Ongoing Noise Disturbance - Possible Unauthorized Bird Deterrent Device in Pioneer Square*To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally report a persistent and disruptive noise disturbance occurring near the intersection of 2nd Ave S and S Main St, adjacent to the UPS Waterfall Garden in Pioneer Square.Since the morning of Tuesday, April 15, a high-pitched screeching noise has been occurring every 7 to 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Very concerned that groundwater has been affected under this building. The basement has always been wet. For the first time in 20 years, last year it dried out during June (2015) and then was wet again in November (2015) and this June (2016) it dried out again. Is concerned this drying out of the basement will affect the stability of the foundation of this building (a proven fact per Ms. Naficy). She expects the City ot find the source of the problem.
