Easement violation complaint. Owner of 158th 59th street "burdened property" continues to park in the dedicated easement zone between my property "benefited property" and their property. This continuously prevents egress from my property via motor vehicle, causing routine disruptions to work commute and social obligation schedule. Burdened property owner has refused to comply to the easement agreement despite numerous verbal and written petitions
