Per online complaint: "We have a joint easement/driveway since 1925. Nancy Mintz built a fence/planted trees down the easement preventing me access to my property. She did not get a permit. She now claims adverse possession, but no court action. I want the fence and trees removed." Complaintant thinks they will continue to build fence that will block his driveway. Note: Onum says file complaint.
