Blackberries and virgin's bower (clematis) are spilling over bulkhead on private property (216 22nd Ave, 98122) making it nearly impossible to walk on the adjacent paved public sidewalks on both 22nd Avenue and on E Alder St. There is significantly less than 8' of clearance above the sidewalk. Pedestrians have diverted onto the planting strip, reducing it to slippery mud. The overgrown vegetation has trapped leaves and other debris on the sidewalks.
