Per online complaint: "They pile garbage on their back porch then throw bags into the alley. The bags are torn and garbage is spreading around the alley and into neighbor's yards. Glass beer bottles roll around the alley and make it difficult to park and drive through the alley."

Per online complaint, "Back yard filled with trash. They don't put the garbage out for collection, instead they stack it on the back porch and then when it is too much for the porch, they move it to the alley. Animals have broken the bags and there is trash all over their property near the alley." NOTE: Property has open construction case (# 1025693).
