We have made requests for the past few weeks starting on October 14 with the maintenance at our apartment to fix our heaters which have stopped blowing any hot air. We were finally provided temporary radiator space heaters as of yesterday 11/4. We also recently had a power outage for an outlet in our living room, the bathroom lights, and the bathroom ventilation fan. We had the maintenance inspect the unit on October 25 and they only scheduled a time for repairs for Nov 10th after I had contact

HOUSING--per online--The building has evidence of rodents that the owners have not taken seriously. There is a subsequent insect issue because of the rodents - suspect a dead rodent drew the insects in. The exterior siding has also not been finished for over a year, there are cracks in walls and ceilings, the basement floor has loose wood boards. Repair requests take >10 days to complete and owners are defensive and belligerent when asked to address problems.
