Per Online;Non stop issues with yellow water that only impacts my unit. I had 16 hours of yellow water as recently as sep 19. Building insulation is so bad that street noise can be heard 24/7. I was approached by the Illumina Apartment Homes manager in a threatening manner, they are threatening to prevent me from accessing my apartment without due cause. I have not received a response from Epic Asset Management regarding what policy or authority they had to do this.

Trim around windows and door have gaps wide enough to get sprayed with water from the outside and worms are getting in. Insulation concerns, floor are freezing, heaters hardly work or not at all, the fan in the bathroom runs 24 hrs per day. Management is and has been aware of all of these issues and done nothing.
