I received a call from EPA about tip/complaint at the Ballard Mansion. The complaint is there is a contractor, Vander Veen Construction, Inc, who is performing a complete interior demolition at the site. I cannot find a permit for the renovation work at this location.

There are two motion censor LED lights shining into the windows of the Victoria across 1st Ave W. They are on a second structure in the alley/driveway off of 1st Ave W.I've tried uploading a photo but it won't work. So, one of the lights is a black rectangle and the other is white. They are right next to each other.
