This complaint is regarding the dumpster containers located behind the apartment building at 220 Belmont Ave E, along the alley. The area around these dumpsters frequently looks like a disaster zone with trash thrown on the ground around the containers. The unkept state of this area also seems to attract people who loiter in the area at all times of day and night. SR #25-00075629Unauthorized Camping - Camping behind gate at NW corner of building. They are on Private property that is signed No Trespassing. They are right under the building's power mains and meters. We've had issues with vagrants shutting off the power to the building in the past.
