permit #6159016-nv**PER CUSTOMER EMAIL TO JH:The violation would be noise and light. There were no accommodations to minimize the disruption to the neighborsm, despite a letter from the contractor taped to my door 2 days prior. Portable sound barriers or screens that would have also reduced the light, would have been helpful. Insufficient notice to neighbors. In all honesty it seems the residential neighbors ( most of us residents for 20 years or more) were not considered

The develop tore up my side yard July 2018 and have not back filled the front part. my tree roots are exposed and i cannot construct my fence. my parking strip landscaping was also disrupted and not repaired.
