Ongoing odor and emissions affecting the public sidewalk and bus stop along Denny Way between Westlake Ave and Terry Ave N in SLU. At least for the past several months, the 2200 Westlake retail building appears to have been discharging strong cooking odors into the public right of way on a continual basis. The odor is noticeable across much of the block and is especially concentrated around the KCM bus stop 2255 at Denny Way & Westlake Ave (EB), where members of the public wait for transit. The

Per phone call - Complainant stated that he was disturbed by loud noise from this construction site at. They started making loud noise at 4:30 AM.
