Per Online; My window has been broken since I moved in (Aug 23, 2023), and the landlord won't give me an estimated date for fixing it. The lever isn't attached to the window which means that I can't rotate the lever to push and pull the window in, so it remains open. On the move-in form, I noted that my window is broken and since then, I have called and spoken to the landlord in-person numerous times and submitted maintenance requests that the window is still broken.
