Per Online;My window has been broken since I moved in (Aug 23, 2023), and the landlord won't give me an estimated date for fixing it. The lever isn't attached to the window which means that I can't rotate the lever to push and pull the window in, so it remains open. On the move-in form, I noted that my window is broken and since then, I have called and spoken to the landlord in-person numerous times and submitted maintenance requests that the window is still broken.

Flushed toilet and noticed water continued to run. Apartment eventually flooded, was told to turn water off. After repairs was told carpet needs to be replaced, as well as other repairs. Cannot sleep in his home and currently does not have place to live. Seeking tenant rights and options.
