There have been a couple tents that moved back along the fence lines since our initial clean up earlier this month. As utility connections get underway, they'll need to be relocated for access and safety. There is one tent on the backside of the fence on Holgate that is likely too near the fence for safety. A couple tents also moved into the median island on 23rd and Grand Street. Those are less pressing, but we do have connections in that will require access under those
