I moved into apartment A105 at the end of July. I found black mold on the wall during the move in inspection and supposedly they cleaned that part. But I noticed a mold smell that got worse in the bathroom when I turned on the exhaust fan. Last week I tried putting up a towel rack and figured out the smell got worse when I made a hole in the Sheetrock. And the hole had black mold that I could see and felt moisture.
