I moved into apartment A105 at the end of July. I found black mold on the wall during the move in inspection and supposedly they cleaned that part. But I noticed a mold smell that got worse in the bathroom when I turned on the exhaust fan. The rental property had replaced the roofs of several buildings in October-November and during the process heavy equipment tore up a section of the property that is frequently used as a walk way. Since then the area has become increasingly slick and uneven with mud and debris posing a safety issues to anyone using the path. They have no posted signage or warnings for the area. When asked about a plan they have not been unable to provide one ( I began asking for one in mid December).
