Per Online: ' Note the above address is my address, not the construction site. The site is located at Olive and 22nd Ave. On Saturday (7/11/2015) they began construction at around 8am, long before the 9am time for weekends. This has happened before, and they also were doing construction at 7am on July 4th. "Note: Complanint called in to say the date of her complaint was Friday,July 3rd, the observed holiday.
