PER ONLINE: The bush on the SW corner is blocking visibility into the Alley. This is a heavily traveled sidewalk and alley. If you are walking WEST on SW Walker (toward the alley) you CANNOT see anything coming out of the alley. My son ran into a car there once already. This is DANGEROUS for everyone.

Per online complaint "My apartment is on the top floor of the building. There is a recurring problem with a major leak in the roof, causing water damage and leaks in my bedroom, making the room unusable. I have repeatedly requested that it be repaired. They have attempted repairs, but the problem continues."

Per online complaint, "Large bush on the NW corner of the lot (the north alley corner) blocks pedestrian's view of cars coming out of the alley, when you're walking west on the sidewalk (toward the alley from California). Cars come flying out of the alley, and you can't see them coming."
