Dup Construction--per online--Nancy Tyler has installed a bump out without permit. Now it has been modified and a permit purchased however the bump out is approximately 8-1/2 inches inside the side yard set back. The backyard fence was installed years ago and is not on the original proprty line and is not a good indicator. There is not 10 ft between bump out and our house.., The property line true location is almost exactly between the two houses.

CONSTRUCTION--per online--Back porch roof and deck that were installed without a permit have still had no correction made to their non code conforming conditions. The home owner has not applied for a permit for this work. This is the third time that work has received a complaint with no action taken by planning and development.

Remodeled main floor to add bedroom, remodeled kitchen, remodeled basement for an apartment none of which has had a permit pulled. Code violations.per online complaint: Substandard rental unit. Basement has been converted to an apartment without permit. Does not have legal egress windows and exits.
