Per Online; This house has been listing on Airbnb and acts as more of a hostel, with 6 different rooms available to rent, multiple bunk beds. I'm unaware of this is against city code, but appears to be. We have had several ongoing noise disturbances and loitering from Airbnb guests outside our house, and random cars using our parking spaces

ZONING--per online--Hi.I would like to bring to your attention a situation that recently I experienced while staying in a Airbnb in Seattle. I stayed in 2209 East Roanoke Street Seattle, Washington 98112.I stayed in a bunk bed, sharing the room with three other people. There is a total of 8 or 9 rooms in the house: three bedrooms on the ground level, four bedrooms downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. I have serious doubts about the legality of such an arrangement
