The CO2 levels in our apartment are dangerously high, with some areas being over 3000ppm. There is no HVAC system and only forced heat, which appears to be making the air quality worse. Additionally there is mold growing on the windows and exceedingly high levels of moisture in the unit. These conditions have caused illness to tenants including headaches, nausea, and inability to sleep through the night. There is visible mold in windows of other units in the building as well.
