POTA--per phone call--caller says he rented unit at the beginning of Jan 2018. 3 people applied, 2 could not remain on lease, but all signed lease. He either has to move or pay more rent, but he wants to move. He is worried about breaking lease. Says he has friends visit every few days and is being accused of renting unit for them
