It seems that the Kam Lo apartment building installed a new call box, key fob system & possibly front door. Now every time someone enters the front door:1. The access tone is a very loud and can be heard from within the building next door (where I reside).2. When the call box is used, the dial tone is so loud that it sounds like it could be a phone in my apartment.3. The door slams so loudly every single time it closes - it doesn't seem like there is a door closer dampen
