Building not giving proper 48 hours notice for 'follow up' inspection. The manager sent notice less than 48 hours that another follow up inspection would be taking place, which violates proper policy. I have proof of the time the email was sent. The AGM management group is the worst management group I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my 12 years as a renter.

My apartment has refused to complete important repairs in a timely manner with no communication. My clogged bathroom sink has went unrepaired for two months. I am brushing my teeth and washing my hands in my kitchen sink. I have complained months ago about a foul sewage smell in the second floor which I believe is coming from a neighbor with stains near the front door and they simply put an air freshener. Construction equipment is being used and woke me up at 5:30AM. This is about the 10th time they have used equipment before the time limits. I am a medical student and already don't get enough sleep. They continue to use loud equipment way into the night/early morning.
