The only shared dryer in the building has not been functioning properly since it was installed mid November of 2019, about 4 months. Some residents have a washer/dryer in their unit or do laundry elsewhere, so 2-4 units rely on the shared dryer including myself. Says 'building w/o permits. Installing new washer/dryers in 4 of the 9 units in building (1,3,5,8). New plumbing and electrical, demo. Wants to remain Anonymous and says there is obvious construction taking place with trucks, supplies, and workers.Note: Permits were recently issued but are for only 2 units. Complainant mentioned 4 units but did not want to risk retaliation by allowing us into his unit.
