Per 5/6/08 pnline complaint: "About 3 weeks ago, the owners of this property built a fence around it and poured a concrete slab. Yesturday I saw them start the framing for a huge detached ADU that is against code. I am an architect, and believe in enforcing this."(See attached Permit 6172130 to construct a detached garage - permit issued 3/5/08 with 6 inspections as of 5/6/08. Detached Accessory Dwelling Units or Guest Cottages allowed in this area by permit per CAM 116B.)
